I understand unforeseen events happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it must be done within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment! As a courtesy, your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment date within 45 days upon availability. This can only be done once! If you have to reschedule more than once, a new booking fee will be required. Any appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service(s). LATE FEES A $15.00 late fee will be applied 20 minutes after scheduled appointment. After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled & you will be charged 50% of your service(s). NO CALL NO SHOWS All no call no shows will be charged 100% of service(s). You will not be able to book online until all past due balances are paid in full. After two no call no shows, you will be banned from booking. PLEASE NOTE All New and Transfer clients Require a consultation. If not serviced by MRLS within three months/12 weeks a consultation is Required. All services require an appointment. Please allow 24-48 hours for response. Prices and policies are subject to change at anytime. All Deposits/Payments are Non Refundable. Payment is due in full day one of install/service.
